How to Collect Evidence of Wechat Transfer for Use in Court

One of the main ways people connect with their friends, family, strangers, colleagues and so on, is by using WeChat. Occasionally, people conduct business or transactions with their peers through WeChat pay, but this can be a source of fraudulent behaviors. So the bigger question is "can WeChat transaction records be used as evidence in the court of law?"
The answer is yes, and the Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China announced the court's decision of Amending “Several Provisions on Evidence in Civil Procedures” on December 26, 2019, which took effect on May 1, 2020. The decision has been further refined and expanded to cover the scope of electronic data.
Now, when it comes to details of money transfer between WeChat accounts for use as evidence in the court of law, many people choose screenshots. But screenshots do not carry a detailed or solid information, and some can discard it as an electronically manipulated evidence or even worse, a one-sided evidence which carries no weight.
Furthermore, screenshot evidence can be cumbersome and time-consuming to put together. They may as well not even be considered valid and be approved by the court. Some people suggested "Do not delete your WeChat history." But bruh, not deleting WeChat history is something that is next to impossible for many, considering the amount of messages they receive and post everyday which takes up a huge amount of memory. The phone may become practically a brick in a month of using WeChat without clearing chat history. So follow these few steps to make sure you get everything in order easily and faster without messing or wasting your time and resources.
There is a function called "Personal WeChat Bill Export" and It can directly export people's WeChat accounts transaction record and affix the official seal (electronic seal) of Tencent to make it convenient for users to obtain credible evidence. The procedure is as follows:
Step 1: Go to "WeChat Pay"
Step 2: Go to "Wallet"
Step 3: Go to "Transactions"
Step 4: Here it will be in Chinese but follow the instructions in the pictures, it is a piece of cake. Note: on step 6, choose the rightmost button then the bottom green one.
